Our Story
Shape Shifters Gym & Fitness Club opened it’s doors in 2011 with only 11 members. Today 9 years later, we have 250+ members, we also added 3 more shops, increasing our floor space with more than 600 square meters. We offer something for everyone, from personal training to a super circuit, free weights section, cardio section, power plates, full functional area, supplements, gym equipment rentals and so much more!

We as Shape Shifters are focused on being a family fitness destination, where we welcome everyone to become apart of our family. We offer a friendly, warm, and relaxed vibe in our gym, making old and young feel welcome.
Our mission is to have a positive impact on our members lives, not only physically and mentally, but most importantly spiritually. John 3:16, is an important Bible verse in our gym, and has had an tremendous impact on how we operate our gym.

FAQ
What is your monthly rates?
Your first month will cost you R400, this includes your gym fees and admin fees for the month. From your second month, you will only pay R300 per month. This is all on a month-to-month basis.
Is the gym unisex?
Yes it is. We offer something for everyone! Male and female, young and old, everyone is welcome to join our family!
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, but we work on a month-to-month basis. Thus, we just require you to give us a months written notice before cancelling your gym membership.
